NEITHERCUT WOODLAND CHECK OUT LIST

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Place an X in each box indicating that you have completed the task and return it to:

o      Lock all windows, doors, and gates

o      Turn the TWO thermostats down to 45-50 degrees during the winter months, they should be turned off in late spring, summer and early fall).

o      Turn off ceiling fan and all lights.

o      If fireplace was used make sure the fire is dieing out.  Leave damper open, and close fireplace opening with glass doors.  Do not pour water on the fire to extinguish it.

o      Put books, magazines, teaching supplies and equipment away. If tools were used be sure to clean them before putting them away)

o      Sweep floors and vacuum carpet.

o      Empty waste baskets and all garbage into a large plastic bag.  Place the bag in the large covered garbage bin outside of the porch. Make sure the lid is secure.

o    Clean kitchenette, counters and sink. Make sure range is off, appliances are unplugged and cleaned, and refrigerator door is closed. 

o    Arrange furniture as it was when you arrived.

o    Check each bathroom and leave them clean.
