Option A

Travel north from the Pickard Road and Mission Street (Business US 27) intersection towards Clare. After approximately 14 miles, exit left at 10 East-Clare. At the second stoplight in Clare, turn west (left). Travel on US 10 west for 10 miles trough Farwell. Pass beneath the overpass of US 10 west on M-115. Neithercut Woodland will be 1 mile beyond on the south (left) shoulder of M-115 as you drive NW.

Option B

Begin at the same point, but do not exit at Clare. Instead, travel north toward 10 West-27 North-Mackinaw Bridge. After 6 miles exit on US 10 West-M-115 North (Cadillac-Ludington). Travel west 8.5 miles exit at M-15-Cadillac. Turn west (right) on M-115 and Neithercut Woodland will be 1 mile on the south (left) side of the road as you drive NW.
